I find it so sad and frustrating the number of people I encounter in my day that struggle to make sense of the litany of contradictory information regarding “nutrition” and healthy eating! Years of dieting has left them confused and deeply frustrated by the outcomes. For this reason I felt obligated to share my approach - to offer a simple real food solution in absence of restriction or deprivation. Restrictive diets DO NOT WORK! Beginning Monday October 4th I will be walking a small group (10 people max to maintain intimacy) through the simple, yet highly effective lifestyle strategies I use to manage my weight.
