+ How do i sign up?
Simple. Go to our “On Demand Library Page” and click the “login” prompt in the upper right hand corner. Click the "sign up" link. Input your full name, email address and password. Et voila - you’re in!
+ why can I not access my account?
If we (admin) input your information into the system and credited your classes on your behalf, you will first have to reset your password in order to access your account. Unfortunately we can not set a password for you on our end. To reset your password click "sutrapro.com/forgotpass" and input your email.
You will receive an autoresponder confirming that you’d like to reset your password. Click on the link and input your new password. Be sure to save it in your system in case you forget it.
+ Why am i not getting email notifications and reminders?
Email notifications, class confirmations, reminders, purchases... are sent from "hello@sutra.fit". Be sure to add this address to your contact list to ensure receipt of these notifications.
+ how do i cancel my membership?
Go to the "On Demand" library page and login to your account - once signed in:
- click your account avatar in the top right.
- Select the “Purchases” tab.
- Locate the subscription you would like to cancel
- Click the three dot prompt in the upper right hand corner
- Select Cancel
- Confirm cancellation
Subsciptions are set to autorenew, so be sure to cancel prior to your subscription renewal date to avoid being charged.
+ what is your refund policy?
Refunds will be honoured for any cancellation received within 24 hours of the class start time or subscription renewal date. Refund requests should be sent to claire@claireboxallfitness.com
