BOOTCAMP

Build strength, gain muscle, lose body fat and improve fitness in this high intensity interval class. Classes consist of a series of compound strength movements involving kettlebell and dumbbell exercises interspersed with dynamic bodyweight drills. These fun, creative workouts are performed in a circuit style with minimal rest producing a highly efficient, challenging and effective workout.

No two workouts are ever the same - and they are all are easily modified and tailored to meet the varying needs and fitness levels of our participants. Come sweat with us!
