BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP

These high intensity classes centre on creative ways of using our bodyweight to create fun, challenging, efficient and highly effective workouts. Classes are designed around functional variations on compound movements like squats, lunges, push ups, planks… which in conjunction with dynamic drills like mountain climbers, lunge jumps and burpees take the burn to a whole new level!

You’ll be amazed at what you can do without any equipment!!!

I started Claire’s bootcamp classes in September of 2017.  At the time, it had been a while since I worked out regularly.  I found Claire to be very encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive.  I loved her classes right away and found them to be fun and such a great workout. She provides modifications to all of her exercises for those that have injuries, who are pregnant or have different experience levels… I feel healthier, stronger, more agile, more flexible and my energy levels are much higher.
