YOGA FLOW

These highly invigorating classes are based on a Vinyasa flow style of yoga. That is, postures are linked together via the breath in a rhythmic manner that encourages a quiet mind and a tranquil body. Sessions will focus on strengthening and mobilizing key areas of the body including the hips, spine and shoulders… and on releasing stored mental, physical and emotional tensions.
