Highly Innovative and Deeply Creative Yoga Fusion Classes with Claire Boxall

YOGA FUSION

These highly unique, energizing classes take yoga to a whole new level by combining traditional yoga postures with bodyweight exercises in a tabata format (IE: 20 seconds work: 10seconds rest, for 8 rounds). In these sessions participants will stretch, strengthen and mobilize all the key areas of the body leaving them feeling strong and confident as well as invigorated and revitalized.
