Fall Into Fitness Challenge


JOIN ME FOR THIS AWESOME 6 WEEK FALL FITNESS & NUTRITION RESET

  • Workouts are approximately 30 minutes long, perfect for busy moms/dads and corporate peeps getting back into our routine

  • They are all FULL body Lift & HIIT & Bodyweight HIIT

  • Each workout is prerecorded and in real time so you can follow along and sweat with me. 

  • 3 Workouts per week will be delivered directly to your inbox first thing in the morning (Mon/Wed/Fri). All 18 workouts that can be done any time of day in the comfort of your own home.

  • Minimal equipment required. A set of dumbbells, a yoga mat and some stretchy pants. 

  • Emails will include important nutrition tips and strategies to help us make the most of our efforts

  • A weekly 30 mins. virtual call with a short nutrition presentation and time for Q & A’s and sharing experiences

    • Topics to include; what a real food diet looks like, metabolism and weight loss, nutrition and exercise, recognizing your body’s biofeedback, satisfaction and mindfulness…

    • Weekly nutrition challenges/assignments.

    • A 2 week real food challenge to finish off

  • Accountability... the key to success... Oh yes, I will be checking in!! 

  • A private FB group will be created to share successes, challenges, feedback… as well as to encourage communal support.

  • The workouts will be accessible until Sunday December 4th, 2022 (2 extra weeks).
