Sweaty 5 in 7 Challenge


Program Deets:

The #sweaty5in7 Challenge is FREE TO JOIN!

It involves completing 5 x 30 mins. cyber HIIT workouts over the course of 7 days (1 week). Each of the 5 x 30 mins. workouts will be drip fed to your inbox over the course of the week (Mon-Fri).

These workouts can be done anywhere. No gym or fancy equipment needed - just a set of dumbbells!

This is an Instagram (IG) Challenge. You will need an IG account to participate as participants will be required to “check in” each day by:

  1. Tagging me @claireboxallfitness with a photo (i.e. sweaty selfie, a quotation, equipment pic…)

  2. Adding the hashtag #sweaty5in7

  3. + the number of workouts completed (i.e. 3 of 7)

Upon registration, your contact info will be added to our Sweaty 5 in 7 mailing list. One workout per day will be sent directly to your inbox from Monday Sept 17 - Friday Sept 23. They do NOT have to completed on the day they are delivered - you have 7 days to complete all 5 workouts (ie. until Sunday Sept 25). The goal is to create consistent training habits that are sustainable - not simply to complete the challenge. As such, we do ask that you plan ahead as workouts MUST be completed on separate training days (i.e. no double dipping or two a days). 

Upon conclusion, all those who successfully completed the challenge will be entered into a draw to win a Zyia Activewear gift card.
