✔️ Challenge is to complete 3 workouts per week over the course of 4 weeks/1 month

✔️ All workouts are 30 mins FULL BODY Lift & HIIT’s - perfect for my busy Moms and Corporate Ladies

✔️ Each workout is prerecorded and real time so you can follow along, sweat & grunt with me. 💦

✔️ Workouts will be delivered to your inbox on Mon, Wed & Fri and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

✔️ Minimal equipment required. A set of dumbbells, a yoga mat, some sexy stretchy pants and Bob’s your uncle!

✔️ A private FB group will be created to share successes, struggles, and a community vibe.

✔️ Accountability... the 🔑 to success... Oh yes, I will be checking in!! 🙂

BONUS:

✔️ Each week we will be focusing on one aspect of nutrition; including increasing veggies, protein, fibre and reducing sugar intake

✔️ You will also receive a weekly yoga to enjoy (16 videos in total)
