Sweaty 5 in 7 - Part Deux

To complete the #sweaty5in7 Challenge, you must complete 5 Total Body HIIT workouts over the course of 7 days. Upon registration, your contact info will be added to our Sweaty 5 in 7 mailing list. One workout per day will be sent directly to your inbox from Monday Feb 7 - Friday Feb 11. You have until Sunday to complete all 5 workouts. You MUST complete all 5 workouts by Sunday Feb 13 to be eligible for our draw. (See below)

Note Workouts require little space so they can be done anywhere. Minimal Equipment required - a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell will suffice.

This is an Instagram (IG) Challenge. You will need an IG account to participate as participants will be required to “check in” each day by:

  1. Tagging me @claireboxallfitness with a photo (i.e. sweaty selfie, a quotation, equipment pic…)

  2. Adding the hashtag #sweaty5in7

  3. + the number of workouts completed (i.e. 3 of 7)

The ultimate goal is to create consistent training habits - not simply to complete the challenge so, try to time your workouts in a manner you can sustain over the long term (i.e. no double dipping or two a days). 

Upon completion, all those who completed the challenge will be entered into a draw to win a FREE ONE MONTH UNLIMITED subscription to our on demand video workout library.
