As a business owner, busy Mom, and someone who loves, err… no - someone who NEEDS to workout (lol), when I became a mom, I had to develop strategies to make my workouts as time efficient and effective as possible. I learned to focus on “big bang exercises” - on compound movements that target multiple muscle groups whilst challenging my movement skills. By keeping rest intervals short, I was able to maximize my efforts and put in a ton of focused work. That’s when I realized that time was not the enemy - with quality programming anyone can get an incredible workout and still leave plenty of free time for the 12,000 other tasks we confront in our daily lives…
