As most of you know we launched our 20 Workouts in 20 Days to Kick 2020 to the Curb Challenge this month. Tomorrow is Day 18, so we are nearing the end of our most successful and enjoyable program to date. As part of the program, we are posting quick blog like health, fitness and programming tips.
